सौंफ पेट के रोगियों के लिए रामबाण औषधि है। सौंफ नेत्र रोग नाशक, कफनाशक, बुद्धिवर्द्धक पाचक के रू प में बहुत लाभदायक माना जाता है।
नेत्र ज्योति में वृद्धि के लिए सौंफ, बादाम और मिश्री समान भाग में पीस लें। एक चम्मच सुबह-शाम पानी के साथ दो माह तक लें। लगातार सेवन से आंखों की कमजोरी दूर होती है।
गले में खारिश होने पर सौंफ को मुंह में चबाते रहने से बैठा गला साफ हो जाता है।
सौंफ रक्त वर्ण को साफ करने वाली है एवं चर्म रोग नाशक है।
गर्मी के दिनों में ठंडाई में सौंफ मिलाकर पीजिए। इससे गर्मी शांत होगी और जी मिचलाना बंद हो जाएगा।
पेट दर्द होने पर भुनी हुई सौंफ चबाइए। तुरंत आराम मिलेगा।
पेट में वायु प्रकोप होने पर दाल तथा
सब्जी में सौंफ का छौंक कुछ दिनों तक प्रयोग में लाएं।
खट्टी डकारें आने पर थोड़ी सी सौंफ पानी में उबालकर मिश्री डालकर पीजिए। दो-तीन बार प्रयोग से आराम मिल जाएगा।
